The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

This Bachelor´s thesis occupies with the proposal of the improvement of the motivation system and the remuneration of the employees in the representative company. In the theoretical part I am concerned with the theory of the motivation, incentive attitudes, stimulations and last but not least the remuneration of the employees. In the practical part thanks to the questionnaire survey I find out the current state of the satisfaction of the local employees with the motivation, reward system and the employee benefits. I propose the potential dealing with the imperfections.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of employee evaluation and remuneration system in a particular company. The theoretical part focuses on basic concepts connected with an employee evaluation, remuneration and work motivation. The analytical part describes and explains such a system in the concrete company and discusses the process and outputs of the questionnaire survey that had been carried out. The goal of the survey was to evaluate the system in terms of being satisfactory and convenient for people using it or those being involved in the system. The concepts suggesting the improvement of the status quo of an employee appraisal and remuneration are the output of the paper.

I chose a particular company for this theme, where I drew materials from and then processed the procedure of the contract implementation. The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.

The theoretical part deals with the clarification of the terms of remuneration and motivation and evaluation methods. The practical part describes the current situation of the system evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. This diploma thesis is about renumeration employees in the context of motivation, evaluation and benefits applied in a financial institucion, as one of possible ways of motivating them. Motivation is the moving power of any human activity and if an employer wishes to maintain high performance of his employees, he needs to be concerned with multitude of different ways of motivating and stimulating them. Complexity of processes is that, people have different needs, goals and ways of reaching them and this results in considerable complexity of motivational process. The theoretical part is anchored aspects and rules, including an analysis of contemporary remuneration. Furthermore, the paper deals with the comparison of contemporary and proposed method of remuneration. In the final part of the thesis is applied to a specific strategy of a new method of remuneration based on the survey.

The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.
